2019年11月1日，盈科美国律师事务所的中国律师肖悦，代表律所协同华美银行纽约分行副行长Frank Xin，共同接待了四川省农村信用社代表团来访纽约。

肖悦律师代表盈科美国律师事务所介绍了律所的主要业务领域以及盈科在美国发展的情况，并就中美跨境交易中的风险和机遇等话题进行了分享。肖悦律师还表示，作为华美银行的合作伙伴，盈科美国愿意为国内金融机构和企业提供多元化的一站式、双边合作。

Frank Xin代表华美银行深入介绍了美国银行业的服务情况，以及华美银行服务中国民营企业跨境业务和美国当地华人业务的优势。作为美国领先的华人银行，华美银行也对盈科美国的发展表示支持。Frank表示，希望今后能与盈科美国律师事务所强强合作，为赴美投资和贸易的华人企业提供更专业、更全面的综合服务。

四川农信代表团在会后表示，四川农信与盈科是老朋友了，集团在国内的法律顾问就是北京盈科（成都）律师事务所。代表们对于能在纽约见到成都老乡肖悦律师倍感亲切，并表示对今后会继续支持盈科美国的发展。代表团领导还邀请华美银行的领导及盈科美国的律师到四川进行回访，以期保持密切深入的联系，开展更多的交流及业务合作。

A delegation of Sichuan Rural Credit Union visited New York, U.S. on November 1, 2019, and was co-hosted by YK Law LLP and East West Bank. Joy Xiao was the Chinese attorney and associate representing YK Law, and Frank Xin represented East West Bank’s NY branch.

Ms. Joy Xiao introduced YK Law as part of Yingke Law Firm’s expansion into the U.S. She explained the firm’s U.S. and global practice areas, and the risk and opportunities for Chinese companies investing in the U.S.

On behalf of East West Bank, Mr. Frank Xin gave an in-depth introduction to the services of the U.S. banking industry and the advantages of East West Bank's banking service for Chinese domestic enterprises and Asian American small businesses.

YK Law proposed to provide customized one-stop legal and financial services for Sichuan Rural Credit Union and other Chinese companies to help their global expansion. YK Law will also seek mutual collaboration with East West Bank to serve clients together.

The delegates from Sichuan Rural Credit were impressed by YK Law, and expressed feelings of warmth and familiarity upon discovering Ms. Xiao is also from Sichuan. The group soon after realized that their Chinese counsel is Yingke Law Firm Chengdu Office. Mr. Jing, the leader of the delegation group, strongly supported Yingke’s expansion into the US. They invited YK Law to visit Sichuan and to maintain close and frequent cooperation. The delegation also wanted to share and exchange industry knowledge with East West Bank.

As one of the top 15 largest Chinese American banks in Asia, East West Bank expressed its amicable support for YK Law. Both firms will be working on joint marketing, joint social events and other kinds of collaborations to better serve all clients in and between China and US.
