一、涉外业务领域 Foreign Business Field

 1、非洲尼日利亚领事馆的长期合作律师，协助处理领馆日常法律事宜、起草租赁合同、参与相关谈判；协助中非之间公司股权谈判及评估事宜，对投资中国的非洲公司给到融资，经营等相关法律意见，英语日常交流流利。

（1）处理大量民商案件如公司买卖合同纠纷、侵权纠纷、劳动纠纷、债务合同纠纷，以及婚姻诉讼和商事仲裁的立案、财产保全、证据举证和执行申请各阶段事宜；曾代理的苏州某电缆公司的合同买卖纠纷一审和二审均胜诉，顺利督促执行法官最终拿到执行款项。近期代理的上海某公司的保证合同纠纷以及上海嘉定某物流公司的应收账款纠纷，均顺利调解并执行到款；代理的大量的劳动案件和商事买卖案件都得到比较理想的胜诉效果。
