担任多家国内外知名公司常年法律顾问，并同时担任政府、商会等单位的常年法律顾问。

Edwin is the external mentor for postgraduate students of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law and Shanghai Maritime University, and has multiple times awarded the title of Outstanding Foreign Lawyer of Yingke.

Areas of Expertise: international logistics, international trade, cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Edwin has engaged in legal work for more than 15 years, and has served as General Manager of the Legal Department of a well-known shipping group company. He has also been responsible for the the import and export of pharmaceuticals of a well-known pharmaceutical R&D, production, and trading group companies, with rich practical experience in law and enterprise management. His team has handled a large number of domestic and foreign litigation, arbitration cases and economic disputes, and has also dealt with numerous non-litigation projects regarding investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions as well as restructuring. He specializes in legal services such as international logistics, international trade, legal counsel for multinational enterprises, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of enterprises.

Edwin currently serves as the perennial legal counsel for many well-known companies both at home and abroad, and also acts as the perennial legal counsel for government departments, chambers of commerce and other organizations.
